The music form each Music Bingo playlist streams directly from our website through our purpose-built player — there's nothing to download or install. Once you sign up to one of our plans, you'll have full access to your playlists and matching printable bingo cards, ready to play whenever you are.

Every Music Bingo playlist comes with matching bingo cards that you can generate and download as PDF files directly from the website.

When generating your cards, you can choose from two print sizes:

• Standard: 2 bingo cards per US Letter page.

• Large: 1 bingo card per US Letter page for easier reading.

You can generate as many bingo cards as you like. Every card is randomly generated, so each one is completely unique with no duplicate cards, making it perfect for events of any size.

Once downloaded, simply print the PDF. For the Standard option, cut each page in half after printing. We also recommend printing double-sided to save paper.

Yes. Premium members can fully customize their bingo cards to match their venue or event.

You can upload your venue's logo and add your own custom text to every bingo card. It's a great way to promote your venue, advertise upcoming events, thank sponsors, or include drink specials and social media details.

You can also choose whether to include a Free Space in the center of your bingo cards, or remove it completely. If you'd like to use your bingo cards for lucky door prizes, raffles, or similar promotions, you can also add card numbers to every card.

Your customized design and selected options are automatically included on every bingo card you generate, giving your game a professional, branded look.

Yes. Mix Tape Music Bingo can be run in two different ways, so it's perfect for both bars that want a simple, hands-off solution and DJs or hosts who want to create a fully interactive event.

1. Automatic Mode (Set & Forget)
Perfect for bars, breweries, restaurants, clubs, and other venues that don't have a dedicated host. Simply choose your playlist, turn on Auto Play, and the system will automatically run the game from start to finish. You can also add an optional pause between songs, giving staff time to check winning cards and award prizes with very little involvement.

2. Hosted Mode (DJ or MC)
Ideal for DJs, trivia hosts, and entertainers who want to interact with the crowd. You have full control over the game, including starting and pausing songs, adjusting song length, skipping tracks, adding pauses between songs, announcing winners, and keeping the energy high throughout the event.

Yes. Displaying the game on a TV or projector is an option.

Simply connect your laptop, tablet, or compatible device to a TV or projector using an HDMI cable or wirelessly if your device supports it.

You can then enable Maximized Screen Mode, which displays the artist & song title (when revealed), and ‘played track's’ list in a full-screen format that’s easy for everyone to see.

If you don’t have a TV or projector, that’s no problem. Players can still enjoy the game as a purely audio experience.

Each playlist has 75 songs, with each track running for about 60–90 seconds. Every song is edited to highlight the "hook," making it quick and easy for players to recognise! Many of our newer playlists also include an "Extended Play" option, letting you run songs longer if you prefer.

The length of a round can vary depending on the number of players and the game settings you choose. On average, it takes 40 to 60 minutes to get your first winner.

With larger crowds, a winner is often found a little sooner because there are more bingo cards in play. Smaller groups may take a little longer.

You can also control the length of your game by adjusting the song clip length in the player settings, adding an optional pause between songs, changing the winning pattern (for example, one line or four corners for a shorter game), or choosing whether to include a Free Space on the bingo cards. This makes it easy to tailor the game to fit your venue or event schedule.

Yes, you will need an internet connection to play the music. You can connect to your WiFi signal, or simply hotspot from your phone.

When a player calls "Bingo!", simply verify that every song in their completed winning pattern has been played. This could be one line, two lines, four corners, a full house, or any other winning pattern you've chosen for your game.

There are two easy ways to verify a winning card:

1. Check the Host Screen
As each song is played, it changes color on the host screen, making it quick and easy to see which songs have already been called and whether the player's winning pattern is valid.

2. Use the Call List
The Call List is included with your bingo cards to be printed out. It contains every song in the playlist and makes it easy to verify each song in the player's winning pattern. As the game progresses, the host will mark off each song as it is played.

If every song in the player's winning pattern has been played, they have a valid bingo and win the round.

Prize selection is completely up to you and can be tailored to suit your venue and budget.

Many venues offer prizes such as drink vouchers, meal vouchers, bar tabs, merchandise, or sponsor giveaways. Even small prizes work well, as the fun of the game is often the biggest attraction.

Most hosts award prizes for 1st and 2nd place in each round, but you can structure your event however you like. Some venues also offer a lucky door prize using the optional numbered bingo cards.

The best prizes are those that encourage winners to stay longer or come back again, such as vouchers that can be redeemed on a future visit.

Your subscription starts as soon as you sign up and your payment has been successfully processed.

From that moment, you'll have full access to your chosen plan and can play unlimited Music Bingo games for the duration of your subscription. There are no limits on the number of games, players, or venues you can run during your active membership.

Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time from your account settings.

Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, so you'll continue to have full access to your playlists and features until your subscription expires. There are no cancellation fees, and you're welcome to rejoin whenever you're ready.
